Most programs are delivered in The C Suite at 263 W Patrick St in historic Downtown Frederick. Creativity is key and this space has it in spades.
Some Moxie & Momentum programs/services are delivered virtually. There is no drop-off in effectiveness by using remote communications over in-person sessions. In fact, often the impact is heightened because you can truly focus on the task at hand -- the words, the story behind the words, how the words are affecting you -- without being distracted by non-verbal cues.
As needed, arrangements can be made for on-site sessions wherever you may be. There may be travel costs. Hopefully to luxurious or fun places.
If you do not fit the description of Moxie & Momentum's ideal client, you may still request programs and services. We should talk about your situation. I may recommend a specific program or service or I may refer you to a coach, consultant or facilitator who better suits your needs.
I only take a very limited number of clients because I am providing similar service for Federal government leaders in my 'day job'. Therefore I need a way to determine which clients will benefit the most and by what service or program.
I also need to make sure that my services and programs are right for you. The pre-assessment is the simplest way to have you think through the conditions present for your organization.
Your chances of being able to schedule Moxie & Momentum services is good; it just may not be the service you thought you wanted. Let's talk about it after you take the assessment.
Payment is due with the introductory session for coaching services or prior to the kick-off of any multi-faceted program.
For higher-priced programs or those that occur over 6 months or more, we can discuss a payment schedule.
If you need to put the service or program on pause, we should discuss that. We will resume when you are ready.
If you are not satisfied with the service or program, bring that to my attention early in the process. All Moxie & Momentum offerings adapt to emerging needs; you just have to raise the issue so that we can discuss how to tweak the approach.
